Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support Java-based backend systems and API services in production
  • Investigate and resolve production issues through:

  • Log analysis
  • Database queries and data validation
  • Perform daily troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent issue resolution
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to unexpected production incident...
