This role focuses on extracting, transforming, and processing ServiceNow / ITSM data to support enterprise‑wide reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives.

The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑quality data pipelines, while closely collaborating with ServiceNow architects, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable analytical solutions across the organization.
