Backend & Cloud Engineering Specialist (Contract)

We're looking for a Senior Backend / Cloud Engineer
to take full ownership of a new backend service and related platform work. This role is ideal for someone who delivers independently, communicates clearly, and is comfortable operating in a mature Agile environment.

You'll work across backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and distributed systems, contributing to both new feature development and improvements to existing services and pipelines.

• Design and build backend services and APIs with a focus on reliability, clarity, and long-term maintainability
• Deliver new functionality for a high-traffic service and prepare it for production-scale workloads
