Backend Agent

Position Overview

• As a Call Centre Agent (Backend - Disbursement & Dispatch), you will be responsible for managing both disbursement processing and dispatch of customer agreements in a highly efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
• You will ensure that all disbursements are processed in compliance with company policies and that all customer agreements are dispatched promptly according to client requirements.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure to meet key performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
