About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Support (Quickbooks) to join our team at Teleserv, a Fusion CX company in Silang Cavite. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support using Quickbooks
  2. Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  3. Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial reporting tasks
  4. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  5. Performing general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and customer service
  6. Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the back office operations
