We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Support (Quickbooks) to join our team at Teleserv, a Fusion CX company in Silang Cavite. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support using Quickbooks
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial reporting tasks
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Performing general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and customer service
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the back office operations
