We are looking for 6 months experienced Backoffice Executives to join our Organization. If you have strong communication skills and prior back office experience, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in a Backoffice process (minimum 6 months)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Comfortable working in night shifts
Compensation
Upto CTC: ₹3.50 LPA
Performance Linked Incentives (PLI): Up to ₹18,000
Work Details
24/7 rotational shifts
Majorly US shifts (mostly night shifts)
Office-based role in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Cab service available as per the zone policy

Strong backoffice exposure
