Job Description
TOTAL GAS STATION - MILAGROSA is looking for an Administrative Officer that will be responsible for supporting daily business operations by managing financial records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation across all areas of the gas station's administrative functions. This role serves as a key link between operations and the back office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Local Account Management
- Handle all local customer and supplier accounts.
- Monitor credit limits, account status, and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for all local accounts.
2. Reconciliation Reporting
- Prepare timely and accurate reconciliation reports for fuel sales, inventory, and cash transactions.
- Verify daily sales reports and compare them with POS and actual collections.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with operations for resolution.
