Back End Developer

Job Summary:

We're looking for a pragmatic, curious full-time backend developer with strong fundamentals and a 'systems mindset.' You'll primarily build backend services in Go and Rust inside a Docker-based environment, but the role also requires enough flexibility and deeper understanding of software engineering that you can adapt quickly to C#, Java, or PHP when needed.

This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys building reliable services, working with databases, thinking about architecture, and solving real business problems — not just writing code. You'll be part of a small team where things move fast, and where we value clarity, ownership, and clean execution over bureaucracy. Occasionally, you may also handle simple frontend tasks or small UI adjustments.
