Role: Backend Developer
Location: Montreal (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Position Type: 06 months Contract with possible extension
Experience: 6–8 years
• Must attend F2F client interview in office
• Once selected, required to work from office 3 days/week
Role Overview
• Backend-focused role (Java/Scala)
• Deliver tactical and strategic improvements
• Involved in user interaction, requirements documentation, technical design, coding/code review, and user support (latest by end of Feb)
• Senior resource proficient in database technologies and analyzing data, processes, and flows
Responsibilities
• Backend Java development using Microservices for REST APIs
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases
• Data analysis and process flow understanding
