Lead backend development for Rundzee

Build and improve scalable REST APIs / NestJS)

Fix production bugs quickly and permanently (root cause)

Improve backend architecture, stability, and performance

Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, structure)

Handle integrations:

payments & webhooks

notifications

authentication and security

Support the mobile team (React Native) with clean API logic

Provide technical guidance and best practices for backend development

Requirements (Must Have)

Strong experience in backend development

Experience using NestJS (preferred) or Express

Strong understanding of:

REST APIs

authentication (JWT)

database design (PostgreSQL)

debugging & optimization

Able to work fast and independently

Can work full-time ON-SITE in Davao City
