 BA SCM Supply Chain Solutions is responsible for

  • Developing and implementing Supply chain solutions including (warehousing, distribution, packaging, production, inventory strategies and EDIs)and support the successful launch of BA new businesses (new customers, products). 
  • The implementation and execution of Warehousing, Transportation, packaging and Sustainability strategy and roadmap in alignment with COO SCM.

    • Development of SCM Solutions

  • Pro-actively address SCM related customer requirements and develop corresponding solutions ( EDI, Logistics Agreements, Transportation, Warehousing, Packaging); coordinate & ensure implementation together with supporting ( IT) as well as the operational ( plant SCM, DC ops, Customer logistics ...) functions.
  • Develop SC concept for new business
  • Support launch management
