Job Description

Looking for target-driven sales professionals to manage outbound inside sales, achieve quotas, and drive customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-end B2C sales – lead generation to post-sales support

• Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and generate references

• Engage with company executives/professionals for B2C products

• Maintain CRM records and provide insights for product improvement

Requirements:

• 0–3 yrs inside sales / outbound calling experience

• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

• Comfortable with MS Excel & CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Bachelor's degree; BFSI / EdTech / B2C experience a plus
