We are looking for a B2C Operations Customer Expert I to join our customer support team. In this role, you will provide warm, friendly, and professional support to private customers over the phone in Italian, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound customer calls from private B2C customers
  • Support customers with:
    • device issues
    • subscription problems
    • billing inquiries
    • general service questions
  • Deliver an empathetic, helpful, and professional customer experience
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in every interaction

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Italian
