As B2C Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the department's front line and back office operations by understanding end-user requirements, analyzing and improving business processes. You will assist in managing implementation of changes in all AP DUs to help ensure that there is a single version of the process that is being applied across all the DUs and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Bill-to-Cash team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
