JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is designed for a Sales Development Representative who wants to build an international career in tech sales. You’ll work directly with founders, get hands‑on coaching, and be part of the first dedicated outbound team at Eyer. Top performers will be considered for ongoing roles. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the IT segment, focusing on companies using Grafana as a monitoring platform. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo, and email outreach to create meeting opportunities for the sales team in Europe.

You will receive training, follow‑up, scripts, and templates from the North Scale team. Calls will be recorded for review and learning purposes.
