Job Description

Key Deliverables: Deliver installation targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services. Acquire new accounts for broadband, leased lines, PRI lines, and COCP connections. Drive cross-sell and upsell of multiple product lines including Airtel IQ in new and existing accounts. Maintain a strong sales funnel with defined maturity levels for all product lines. Gather and report market intelligence on competitor offerings and strategize sales interventions accordingly. Role Responsibilities: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive account growth. Negotiate and finalize contracts to optimize revenue. Ensure timely delivery and implementation of Airtel's enterprise solutions. Proactively manage post-sale client service and satisfaction. Continuously explore new business opportunities to enhance market share.
