Customer Onboarding & Deployment Specialist (B2 B Saa S)
India (Remote) | ✈️ Travel Required | Enterprise Customers

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the customer journey from first onboarding call to successful enterprise go-live.
Lead onboarding & enablement for SMB and enterprise customers
Configure productivity rules, attendance logic, shifts, privacy controls & reports
Deploy desktop agents across Windows, mac OS & Linux (from 10 to 1,000+ machines)
Handle silent installs, MSI/PKG deployments, scripts & policy-based rollouts
Troubleshoot enterprise environments (AD, security tools, permissions, proxies)
