Contact Point 360 S.A.S is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Renewal Specialist to own the full renewal lifecycle for our B2B software customers. In this role you will drive retention, protect recurring revenue, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless renewal experience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in renewals or account management, excels in Salesforce, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
