Gifting Performance Marketer
Location Mumbai
We're looking for a Performance Marketer with 4+ years of experience to lead demand generation for our Corporate, Wedding, and Social Gifting business.
What we're looking for:
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
• Expertise in audience segmentation, funnel building, retargeting, and campaign optimization
• Experience managing high-value purchases with longer decision-making cycles
• Strong understanding of ICP creation, buyer intent signals, and B2B lead generation
• Ability to plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Wedding Season, Raksha Bandhan, etc.)
• Experience working closely with sales teams and external agencies
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
What you'll do:
• Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
