B2B Maintenance Sales - HVAC | $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Uncapped earning potential

Potential annual earnings: $110,000 - $150,000

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Job Duties:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for maintenance agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and referrals
  • Develop customized maintenance plans tailored to each client's HVAC and mechanical system needs
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • No micromanagement—you own your territory
  • Direct access to leadership team
