Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively engagingpotential customers to generate qualified leads for the business. Operating within a call centre environment, this role focuses onoutbound calling, basic needs analysis, and accurate capture ofprospective information to support sales and business developmentteams.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Conductoutbound calls to prospective customers using provideddatabases and dialer systems. Introducethe company, its products or services, and the purpose ofthe call in a clear and professional manner. Identifyand qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (e.g.interest, eligibility, need). Captureaccurate customer and lead information on CRM or leadmanagement systems.
