The IT Hardware B2B Operations & Logistics Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end operational and logistics processes for IT hardware supplied to business customers. This role ensures accurate order fulfilment, inventory control, supplier coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining high service levels and compliance with UK regulations.

• Manage B2B IT hardware orders from receipt through dispatch and delivery
• Coordinate with sales, account management, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Handle order confirmations, invoicing support, returns (RMA), and warranty processes
• Maintain accurate operational records in ERP/CRM systems

Logistics & Supply Chain
