Target Start Date: Last week of July

Set-up: Hybrid. 3x week onsite. 2x week WFH.

Shift: Monday - Friday. Fixed weekends-off.


The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing relationships with B2B customers, supporting onboarding, driving product adoption, and improving retention. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure customers achieve their business objectives and receive ongoing value from our products or services.
