About the role:
We are looking for a B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (SDR) who genuinely enjoys outbound calling and is motivated by targets and results. Your main responsibility will be to book qualified online meetings for the CEO of (Polish startup, B2B). In the future, if you perform well, you can grow into running meetings independently.

This is a remote role.

What you will do:
Make high-volume B2B cold calls to companies from our lead lists (100% outbound at the beginning).
Book qualified online meetings directly into the CEO's calendar.
Keep the pipeline organized in CRM: notes, follow-ups, outcomes - nothing gets lost.
Work with clear KPIs: calls, conversations, meetings booked, show rate, meeting quality.
Improve continuously: learn from objections, refine the pitch, get better every week.
