Job Description
>Manages and oversees the day to day B2B operations and handle daily operational tasks.
>Build and manage National B2B accounts.
>Liaise and consolidate all supplier accreditation requirements with internal stakeholders.
>Facilitates B2B/B2G leads and manages orders for national key accounts.
>Conducts monthly, quarterly B2B/B2G OMS process trainings to address store concerns.
>Resolves daily B2B related concerns and monitors purchase orders completion from the branches.
>Resolve periodic technical issues in the OMS for B2B-created orders, including payment, status updates, OTP, price discrepancies, and system downtime.
>Resolves B2B-related issues (processes, complaints, disputes) from the branches and other internal departments (counter, treasury, merchandising, marketing, accounting).
>Liaise with SM Group’s accounts procurement team as the authorized point of contact.
