Your responsibilities and impact as aB2B & B2C Customer Support Specialist will be:
In this role, you may support both end users (B2C) and agencies (B2B) offering the services to their clients. Some of your tasks will include:

  • Assist in validating and receiving transactions

  • Assist in using the platform
