B2B Appointment Setter – US Market

Location: Remote (US market hours) - IN OFFICE DURBAN
You will be making a high volume of outbound calls every day to US businesses.
Your job is simple: start conversations and book qualified appointments for sales teams.
This is not a slow, casual role. It's fast-paced, target-driven, and built for people who like being on the phone and getting paid for results.
What you'll be doing
Calling US businesses daily (high call volume)
Booking qualified sales appointments
Following clear scripts and call flows
Updating outcomes in the CRM
Attending daily training and coaching sessions
What we're looking for
Clear, confident English (neutral accent preferred)
Comfortable making lots of calls every day
Previous B2B calling / appointment setting experience is a big plus
Coachable, reliable, and hungry to earn
Able to work US hours consistently
Pay & commissions
Base pay + very high commission
