Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Develop and executes type course training program and carry out training administration task related to the organisation internally and externally.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the conduct of theoretical and practical instructional duties to trainees for which he/she qualified.
Responsible for the development and update of training material.
Responsible to maintain classrooms and workshops in conducive atmosphere for learning with particular emphasize to the syllabus needs.
Responsible for the Records trainees' daily attendance.
Responsible for assisting the Training Manager in the preparation of curriculum.
Observes and enforces BMM regulations pertaining to trainees conduct and discipline.
Responsible to make sure that all training aids and components are maintained in serviceable conditions at all times.
Responsible for carrying out appropriate corrective action, where instructed, to clear NON compliances raised in the Training D...
