Azure Solutions Project Manager

Project Planning & Execution:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.

- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Technical Leadership & Oversight:
