Azure Function + GitHub Actions Pipeline

Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions developer to create a single reusable CI/CD pipeline that will:
1. Build a .NET Azure Function
2. Deploy it to an Azure Function App running on the Flex Consumption plan
3. Deploy configuration settings from into Azure App Settings
4. Be reusable so I can apply the same pattern to additional functions

Deliverables
The developer will:

• Create a production-ready GitHub Actions YAML pipeline

• Configure:

• Azure login via OIDC (preferred) or Service Principal

• .NET build + publish

• Deployment using azure/functions-action

• Secure deployment of App Settings from
