Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and support software product teams and their day-to-day operational needs.
  • Implement, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines for on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Support development, configuration, and delivery of commercial software solutions across R&D teams.
  • Actively contribute to improving R&D operational processes and DevOps best practices.
  • Investigate and evaluate emerging and existing development technologies to enhance software development and operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for infrastructure components including networks, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability across environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, processes, and support guides.
