Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines using ADF, Databricks and Synapse
  • Lead data engineering best practices across the team, including estimation, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes
  • Ensure data quality and governance
  • Collaborate closely with Architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with business needs
  • Implement and enforce security, privacy, and compliance policies in the data architecture
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Implement performance improvement measures on team productivity and code effectiveness
