Pre‑Sales Application Support

• Utilize system performance on customer provided sample. Create application report to demonstrate systems capability and strength for commercial team to win business.
• Participate on pre‑sales discussions with Customers as a technical expert.
• Support Sales to define system configuration and finalize customer technical spec review.
• Attend Trade Show/Conference or other industry event to demonstrate equipment and/or present technical information on behalf of the company.

Customer Satisfaction and Training

• Provide high level applications support to set up and program new system at customer site.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and concerns with AXI equipment.
• Advising Customers the best solution for their sample and new requirements.
• Provide AXI application training to customer/distributor/junior colleagues.
