We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to provide L2 and L3 support for enterprise Cloud Platform Services (CPS) across AWS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS-based CPS, including networking, IAM, compute, storage, monitoring, and security services.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years total experience in cloud support (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in AWS, networking, and identity & access management.
  • Experience with production support roles.
  • Must be a Canadian permanent resident or citizen.
  • Video interview process.
