Job Description
As AWS Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the technology that powers One NZ’s customer experience across contact centre, AI, and cloud-based channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, turning business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS services, APIs, Python, Terraform, and DevOps practices.
You will work across enterprise data platforms, conversational IVR, AI‑powered journeys, and CCaaS solutions to deliver frictionless, personalised, and AI‑enhanced experiences for customers. This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building modern cloud‑native solutions, and making a visible impact through technology that improves both customer experience and operational outcomes.
