Technical Support: Provide guidance and assistance with Tier 1 and Tier 2 resources for AWS Connect application support
Ticket Management: Manage ticket queues and ensure accurate documentation and escalation of customer requests
Incident/Change Management: Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident management, ticket documentation, escalation, notification, and resolution
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide technical guidance
Build and integrate omnichannel communication solutions (Chat, Email, SMS) using Amazon Connect.
