Migration and Technical Leadership:

• Ensure the use of Ørsted's standard solutions and AWS technologies for all migrations

• Identify and address technical gaps by liaising with internal AWS development teams

• Oversee the migration of databases, focusing on Postgres transformation where possible

• Build efficient database migration processes across teams

Database Migration and Transformation:

• Migrate databases to RDS Postgres primarily from MS SQL and Oracle.

• Enable seamless migration and testing for databases from on-prem and Azure to AWS.

• Design and implement appropriate production monitoring and alerting in collaboration with the internal teams.

• Optimize Postgres Databases for operating in RDS.
