AWS Database Administrator

AWS Database Administrator:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced AWS Database Administrator for a long contract based in Porto, Portugal

Its paying well and my client can interview asap!

Key Responsibilities/Functional Skills:

• Database Administration experience on supporting mission critical environments on AWS technologies:

· AWS RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL and MySQL · Redshift

• Key requirements are:

· Installation and configuration

· Performance & tuning

· Query optimization

· Workload management

• Will be considered a plus the knowledge of the following AWS services: • S3 • IAM • Lambda • CloudWatch.

• The successful candidate must be available to work on shifts (the team covers 10h shift, • 5 days a week) and being on call (approx. one week per month).

• Upper intermediate level (B2) of written and spoken English is a must.
