Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive AWS Developer to join our cloud contact center team leveraging Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda and Amazon DynamoDB, and will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing our cloud-based customer service infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in AWS Lambda functions integrated with Amazon Connect workflows.
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline for seamless deployment and rollback
Manage and query Amazon DynamoDB tables for real-time data access and updates.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases and incident resolution.
Implement logging and alerting using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
