Penmac Staffing is hiring an Awning Installer / Marine Technician / Shop Helper for a busy Brainerd area client. This full-time, hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and learning installation and marine restoration skills.   • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • $17–$22/hour, depending on experience
  • Potential for seasonal layoff based on business needs

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical work daily
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at varying heights
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Willingness to travel to local or out-of-town job sites
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Previous experience in construction, installation, or shop work is helpful but not required
