Help shape the lives of youth as an Overnight Awake Youth Worker at Spirit of Our Youth Homes Inc. Engage in fulfilling roles that prioritize cultural awareness and support individual needs.
As a successful candidate, you will bring at least two years of experience in a group home or community setting. Responsibilities will involve ensuring that youth's basic needs are consistently met while providing a safe and nurturing environment. You will also support the execution of culturally appropriate programs and maintain accurate documentation of incidents and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a positive role model for youth
• Ensure safety and basic needs are supervised at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the residence
• Assist in delivering workshops and programs tailored to cultural sensitivities
• Log critical incidents and monitor medication administration
