AVP - Project Development

The AVP - Project Development is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. This includes site identification, feasibility studies, conceptual planning, approvals, design development, and coordination with construction and sales teams. The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and project management expertise to ensure timely and profitable delivery of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 10+ years of experience in real estate development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in end-to-end real estate project development.
