The AVP Programs is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic

programs—from launching new loan products under MSME segment to implementing advanced

Loan Management Systems (LMS) and AI-driven credit underwriting models.Key

  • Strategic Program Delivery
  • Product Launches: Lead the rollout of new financial products, ensuring seamless

integration between Sales, Credit, Operations, and IT.

  • Digital Transformation: Oversee the migration to cloud-based lending platforms,

automated KYC/e-Sign integrations, and API-based partner ecosystems.
