AVP – Product & Analytics

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Product and Data Analytics function. This role will drive the development of AI-powered MarTech products and ensure strong data infrastructure, insights, and reporting. You will lead teams across product, data engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable solutions for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal tools and external SaaS
MarTech products
• Drive AI/ML, GenAI, and data-led innovation across products
• Oversee data lakes, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to ensure accuracy and
scalability
• Enable data storytelling for QBRs, reviews, and critical client decisions
• Define data SOPs, governance, and quality checks, including finance-ready data
