Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of accountability, transparency, and effective governance practices within Group Human Capital (GHC)
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of GHC operational processes to ensure alignment with established policies, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives
  • Conduct reviews and investigations into identified misconduct, policy breaches, or non-compliance with GHC policies and procedures, and prepare findings for management review
  • Assist in the development, review, and enhancement of GHC policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with best practices
  • Act as a point of coordination between stakeholders to address people-related governance concerns and facilitate timely and transparent resolution
