Avp – Operations

We are looking for an experienced AVP – Operations (SME Products) to lead and coordinate operational activities related to SME lending across multiple locations. The role will oversee both pre-disbursement and post-disbursement processes, ensuring process consistency, regulatory adherence, and seamless coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 SME Operations Oversight

• Oversee SME operations across regions and branches
• Ensure alignment with approved operational processes
• Guide regional and branch operations teams

🔹 Pre-Disbursement Operations

• Supervise documentation verification and process checklists
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Business teams
• Ensure readiness for loan disbursement
