A leading garment manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced AVP – Operations to lead and drive end-to-end manufacturing operations across large-scale apparel production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee end-to-end factory operations including Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Planning, Compliance, and Maintenance.
✔ Drive productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence across manufacturing units.
✔ Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and customer compliance requirements.
✔ Lead large cross-functional teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
✔ Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives.
