We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and analytical AVP of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales team to managing large clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Leading sales vertical for pan India and deliver sales and service delivery targets for sales vertical consist of Hunting & Farming. Analyze and develop sales plans for the teams to follow.
  • Responsible for Hunting and Farming team parallel to ensure sales targets are achieved with sustainability of clients and discipline at ground level.
  • Ensure sales team is well armored with product knowledge, levers and support to mine the leads and close faster, building a strong sales management culture along with the entire sales team training. Set a motivational environment for the sales teams to help them achieve their goals.
