AVP - Islamic Products / Pak - Wholesale Islamic ate & Investment Banking Group-PAKCOE

To drive the Core Banking Transformation initiative with a specific focus on Islamic Banking principles. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of transformation activities, ensuring Shariah compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with the bank's digital and product strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for enhancing existing Islamic products and launching new offerings that meet evolving client needs.

• Lead the Islamic workstream of the Core Banking Transformation program, ensuring alignment with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Shariah Board) to define and implement transformation milestones.
• Ensure seamless migration of Islamic products and services to the new core platform.
