Job Description
- Manage and support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's HR systems and related applications.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, test, and deploy system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Configure HR system functionality, implement process improvements, and develop solutions that support evolving business requirements.
- Act as the primary resource for resolving HRIS-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing system support.
